I found a video with basically the same idea I use as a launching point for my new book (Dragon’s Prey: Will China Invade Taiwan in 2024?) everyone agrees China just needs the USA to be distracted enough so they can invade Taiwan knowing the U.S. is unlikely to help defend the Taiwanese. In the video they focus on two things. One is Joe Biden’s “weakness.” [I say China paid to have certain politicians in their pocket when Taiwan is invaded.] Second, they note Iran being the wild card and suggest that if Iran starts a major conflict with Israel then America will be too overwhelmed to get involved in a third regional war with a major country and will sacrifice Taiwan.
While this could be all it takes, I also keep hearing rumors of a planned blackout. They’ll act like it’s cyberwarfare, terrorism, China, Russia, Iran and North Korea all rolled into one. Ever see Netflix’s “Leave the World Behind”? But it’s planned – it will make desired changes to money and laws a lot easier when people are desperate and will give up freedoms for promises of security. If everything electrical and technological goes off the U.S. will be in chaos in less than a week – and China’s PLA will be in Taiwan – whether Iran is at war or not. In my opinion, we need to be on high alert from now through October, as one of the only two parts of the year when the seas in the Taiwan Strait are calm and suitable for amphibious landings is from mid September through late October.
