“Wartime Poll: Results of an Opinion Poll Among Palestinians in the West Bank and Gaza Strip

From October 31 to November 7, Arab World for Research and Development (AWRAD) surveyed 668 Palestinians in the West Bank and Gaza Strip, during the fourth week of the ongoing Gaza War. The team conducted the survey through tablet-assisted, face-to-face interviews across the West Bank and in shelters and households in the three “southern” Gaza governorates (Deir Al Balah, Khan Younis, and Rafah) where people were presently residing. The poll’s sample includes all socioeconomic groups, ensuring equal representation of adult men and women, and is proportionately distributed across the West Bank and Gaza.”

I can understand that if many Arabs who identified as Palestinians hated having the Jews who identified as Palestinians re-create their own nation (in 1948) on the land their ancestors called Israel, long before the Romans gave it the name of Palestine. And in late 2023, when Hamas started a war with Israel that is not going well for the descendants of those Arab Palestinians, (who arguably should have started calling themselves Jordanians in the West Bank, and Egyptians in Gaza, as Palestine was never a nation and hasn’t even been a province or territory within anyone’s nation since 1948) I would expect the majority of those identifying as Palestinian to ignore Hamas’ attack. I would expect them to ignore the fact that Hamas’ massacre of Israelis started the current episode of bloodshed, and just hate on Israel. I would even expect them to be angry with the rest of the world for not intervening on their behalf, so any poll would show some Palestinians giving the United States a thumbs down or a one-star rating for either supporting Israel or not intervening to stop Israel’s response to the October 7 attacks.

But here are the results of the poll – and I’m surprised at how extremely anti-American they are. First shown – various organizations and governments ranked from highest percentage of Palestinian approval to lowest percentage of approval:

Other categories didn’t fit on my screen at the same time for a screenshot but you get the idea. And to be fair the poll rounded down to 0% for America – there was one Palestinian with a favorable opinion:

The bottom line is that if the poll is an accurate sampling, Palestinian Arabs hate America. I assume this is based on America considering Israel’s territorial claims to their ancient homeland to be valid. All over the world, lands have changed hands as the result of conquest. No one is disputing that Germany should have lost territory when it lost WWII; no one is calling Poland the colonizers of Occupied Prussiastine. But for some reason the Arab world generally claims their 7th century conquests of lands including Israel as valid, but denies the validity of the Jews’ reconquest taking it back. That is why most Palestinians say:

The anti-Israeli feelings are expected in a time of war, especially for those suffering under Israel’s retaliation. But when it’s time for America to give away financial aid, who should they give it to? The pro-American democracy of Israel, or the Palestinians who voted in Hamas terrorists with the population that is almost 100% Anti-American? If the issue of accepting refugees arises, could there be a more anti-American group to consider? And if the answer is no, because Palestinians in the poll had a 100% negative view of America, then who would like to have new neighbors from a group that supports terrorist attacks and hates America? This is definitely something to think about…. something that may matter as election time approaches.

Speaking of things that matter and time… As WordPress seems to be dying off and I expect to be able to podcast (and more) on Substack – I posted this content weeks ago on my substack, where I hope you might continue to follow me as I expand my creative output. Just like my books have shifted from Nostradamus and bible prophecy to topics like pole shifts or the truth about Nazi Germany’s atomic bomb program…. If you do shift over you’ll notice a lot of similarities but also more commentary on current events and more conspiracy theories, and less of the end times prophecy that was my focus a decade ago when I started with WordPress.
