There’s a lot of potential for this technology to change communications, videos, “evidence” and influencing – for better or (mostly) for worse, depending on how it is used. “In the future when you walk into a room there will be as many holograms as there will be physical objects and people.” Watch at least 10-12 minutes of this before deciding you want your own Kodak Scan to have your avatar in such a system, but have no doubt that as this technology improves, your friends, loved ones, potential online dates, teachers and professors, podcasters, advertisers, product sellers, priests and politicians will be making use of this technology to better convince you of what they have to say by “integrating physical and digital reality.” I’d love to see comments and discussion on this topic.
