There’s noting NEW about this; we have known for over ten years that Diebold and other voting machines are easily rigged and that some machines show up pre-loaded with hundreds of votes for the party someone wants to “win” the election.  I have personally spoken to election officials who have reported voting errors and other tampering with the machines up their chain of command and have been told everything is OK.
