For years I have had a mental image of a highway sign for exits of a city far from the old coastlines, with beaches and waves of the new coastline beneath the old sign – not too different from the image above…

Research for my books concludes that the Earth undergoes tremendous natural disasters in a regular cycle.  Periodic catastrophes that rearrange the surface conditions of the planet and reduce advanced civilizations to myths and legends.

It doesn’t take a POLE SHIFT to have the occasional horrific flooding like Houston is experiencing now, with some areas normally well above flood plains submerged several feet underwater.  But when the next pole shift does occur (soon), previously habitable land could end up a mile underwater – or under the new polar ice cap.

So if you’re in awe over Houston’s flooding, and wouldn’t want to be here:

Imagine if your city had been at the northern, temperate, habitable coast of Antarctica before a pole shift suddenly moved your homeland 30 degrees south into “an ice age.”  The great change that caused the Pleistocene Extinction around 12,000 years ago wasn’t just “climate change.”

The “Palmer Land” area in the Antarctic Peninsula shown below was approximately 38-45 degrees South of the equator, and may have had a climate like Oregon, or New Jersey, or Great Britain… and evidence of Atlantis may exist under the ice today…

Why do we allow ourselves to gloss over the lack of official explanations for “Ice Ages”? …When the best answer based on scientific evidence is that Greenland and Antarctica have ice ages NOW because they are at the poles now – and that North America had one up until about 12,500 years ago because the North Pole was just west of Hudson Bay, until it suddenly wasn’t.

Why do we gloss over the fact that ancient and allegedly primitive societies moved 200 ton stone blocks with great precision and incorporated advanced mathematical and scientific data into pyramids thousands of years ago?  Why isn’t our civilization more focused on demanding answers to such questions?

Because governments don’t want us to know and worry about coming events?
