At least twelve people were killed and fifty wounded by an explosive device in a metro train car in Saint Petersburg, Russia on April 3. Those on the scene say a backpack was thrown on the train just before the explosion. No one is blaming Dora the Explorer… it appears to be an act of Islamic terrorism. A second explosive was found and disarmed before causing any damage.

Strategically, it seems foolish for Islamic terrorists to bother Russia – it will only strengthen the Russian’s resolve to fight against the spread of Islam.
