Declassified Document Suggests Many of Us May Have Superhuman Powers

by Christina Sarich

A recently declassified document that was unearthed through the Freedom of Information Act, suggests that the Chinese government has conducted massive-scale studies on superhuman powers like telepathy, psychokinesis, approbation, aerokinesis, clairsentience, clairaudience, and more. The US Central Intelligence Agency was appraised of these studies, and could have conducted similar investigations, all while keeping the results hidden from the general public.

The document titled, “Chronology of Recent Interest in Exceptional Functions of The Human Body in the People’s Republic of China” can be found on the CIA’s website, and details studies which the Chinese government and other agencies funded to test thousands of children to see if they had superhuman abilities.

The government was so interested in the possibility of these superhuman individuals, that hundreds of testing centers were set up across China. [Unfortunately]… they do not reveal the results…

There are numerous studies that are publically available, confirming [such supernatural abilities]. Princeton scientists have found that telekinesis, or psychokinesis is very real….” [We will go into the Princeton study results after these excerpts from Sarich’s article on the CIA/Chinese research on such abilities.]

“…Dr. Bem, a social psychologist at Cornell University, has conducted a series of experiments that are published in one of the most prestigious psychology journals (Journal of Personality and Social Psychology). Across nine experiments, Bem examined the idea that our brain has the ability to not only reflect on past experiences, but also anticipate future experiences. This ability for the brain to “see into the future” is often referred to as psi phenomena. He used well established, standard scientific methods to study this phenomenon and found that we are all equipped with the ability to see into the future. It seems some of us have just developed this ability, either with practice, or through the gift of birth, to a more advanced degree.

Nikola Tesla once said, “the day science begins to study non-physical phenomena, it will make more progress in one decade than in all the previous centuries of its existence. To understand the true nature of the universe, one must think it terms of energy, frequency and vibration.”

If this is indeed true, then hundreds of thousands of children (and adults) could easily manipulate matter with the frequency of their thoughts.

The US government has similarly conducted parapsychology studies. The Stargate Project was the code name for a secret U.S. Army unit established in 1978 at Fort Meade, Maryland, by the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and SRI International (a California contractor) to investigate the potential for psychic phenomena in military and domestic intelligence applications. The project was loosely referenced in the film The Men Who Stare at Goats.

The fact that China’s government was involved in the study of parapsychology and that the CIA deemed it too dangerous to reveal to the public (while the US government was conducting its own studies)  is telling. Are these skills being used against us? And are we being dumbed-down by frequency so that we cannot realize our innate gifts to heal, read thoughts, move objects with our minds, and a myriad of other superhuman feats? Knowing what is possible is a good step in the right direction. Our evolution as conscious creatures has only just begun.”

The article cited above mentioned CIA and Chinese interest in PSY research, but anyone interested knows the Russians were very interested as well.  As one article explains:

Scientists in pre-Revolutionary [Russia] were studying the area of parapsychology as did later such Soviet scientists as V.M. Bekhterev, A.G. Ivanov-Smolensky and B.B. Kazhinsky in the twenties and thirties. In 1922, a commission composed of psychologists, medical hypnotists, physiologists, and physicists worked on parapsychology problems at the Institute for Brain Research in Petrograd (Leningrad). Work flourished throughout the thirties with research being reported in the literature in 1934, 1936, and 1937. After 1937 further experiments in the field of parapsychology were forbidden. During Stalin’s time, any attempt to study paranormal phenomena might have been interpreted as a deliberate attempt to undermine the doctrines of materialism. So stated the 1972 DIA reportControlled Offensive Behavior – USSR’ (Appendix 1, page 22)

The Defense Intelligence Agency are the military intelligence agency of the US Department of Defense. Part of the military, mainly army, they carry out intelligence work for the Pentagon. According to an official CIA paper written by Gerald K. Haines, the historian of the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO):

‘There is a DIA Psychic Center and the NSA (National Security Agency) studies parapsychology, that branch of psychology that deals with the investigation of such psychic phenomena as clairvoyance, extrasensory perception, and telepathy.

In 1960 the Stalinist taboo that prohibited research into the paranormal was lifted and the KGB and GRU (Soviet military intelligence) began a scientific exploration of the weapons potential of psychic energy.

Soviet interest in psi was reawakened in February 1960 by a story which appeared in French magazine Science et Vie (Science and Life).  The story was entitled ‘The Secrets of the Nautilus’ and it claimed that the US government had secretly used telepaths to communicate with the first nuclear submarine ever constructed, the Nautilus, while it was under the Arctic ice pack. This telepathy project involved, according to the article, President Eisenhower, the Navy, the Air Force, Westinghouse, General Electric, Bell Laboratories and the Rand Corporation. Communicating with submarines is difficult as radio waves do not penetrate to the depths of the ocean.

Extremely low frequency (ELF) waves are used to signal the submarine to come to the surface to receive a message – these super-long waves penetrate almost anything including water but carry little information – so if telepathy could work it would be a perfect method of communicating with submarines while still submerged. The story was almost certainly a hoax but the Soviets were spurred into action, according to the DIA:

Ship-to-shore telepathy, according to the French, blipped along nicely even when the Nautilus was far under water.

‘Is telepathy a new secret weapon? Will ESP be the deciding factor in future warfare? Has the American military learned the secrets of mind power?’

In Leningrad the Nautilus reports went off like a depth charge in the mind of L.L. Vasilev. In April of 1960, Doctor Vasilev, while addressing a group of top Soviet scientists stated:

“We carried out extensive and until now completely unreported investigations under the Stalin regime. Today the American Navy is testing telepathy on their atomic submarines. Soviet scientists conducted a great many successful telepathy tests over a quarter of a century ago. It’s urgent that we throw off our prejudices. We must again plunge into the exploration of this vital field.”

In 1967, the Soviet Maritime News reported,

“Cosmonauts when in orbit, seem to be able to communicate telepathically more easily with each other than on Earth. A psi (short for psychic faculty) training system has been incorporated in the cosmonaut training program”

Some informal reports indicate that the Soviets are working on psi systems for space use, involving not just telepathy, but precognition….

Major General Kalugin made more startling revelations about the Soviet Union’s investigation into harnessing psychic energy in order to produce exotic weapons with which the West was unfamiliar, He said:

They started to explore the mysterious powers of certain people and to simulate generators of this same nature in order to produce a similar effect. Russian scientists succeeded in developing generators of psychic force. Yuri Andropov issued personal orders to push full speed ahead with psychic warfare. Andropov’s directive also urged scientists to forget being squeamish about injuring or killing research subjects in the race to achieve their goal. Funding from the Military-Industrial Commission and the KGB was estimated at 500 million roubles.

The amount may be an underestimate; in Martin Ebon’s 1983 book, Psychic Warfare: Threat or Illusion? he claims that congressional sources stated the USSR psychotronic warfare research programme was funded to the tune of 500 million dollars per year….”

I could go on at greater length, but this is already a very long blog article…  Now regarding the Psy studies at Princeton:

“At Princeton university Dr Robert G. Jahn, now retired, spent 25 years amassing an enormous database of empirical data on psychokinesis that clearly suggests the phenomena is very much a reality. He founded the Princeton Engineering Anomalies Research (PEAR) group which undertook countless experiments under controlled, scientific conditions to measure the effect of the power of the human mind using a range of instruments.

The instruments used were Random Event Generators (REGS), machines that are designed to give a completely random output such as random numbers. With no physical attachment to the machines whatsoever, subjects were then asked to attempt to influence the output of the machines using nothing but their mind. In the case of a random number generator, for example, they were asked to influence the next event by willing the next number to be higher or lower…. It is important to remember at this point that this is not a knee-jerk reaction to a slight anomaly in just a few tests but a synopsis of a vast amount of data collected over a quarter of a century of controlled experiments. Such a vast amount of empirical data that has been gathered under scientific conditions is hard to deny.

Mind Power on a Global Scale
Also working at PEAR was Dr Roger D. Nelson and he took Dr Jahn’s work to another level entirely with the Global Consciousness Project. Instead of testing just one individual at a time he used the same methods to test groups of people and the results were very impressive. Working in group meditations to begin with, Dr Nelson then stepped up his research by connecting 70 REGS in locations around the world to his computer at Princeton. For the most part the charts showed nothing out of the ordinary at all, until an extraordinary event occurred.

What made the monotony of watching a graph with all the action of watching paint dry worth it was what happened during major international events such as Diana’s death or 9/11. Is telekinesis or psychokinesis real? When events of this scale did occur, the graphs would go through the roof…

Some might choose to disregard the project as ramblings from a megalomaniac mad scientist hell bent on world domination and a penchant for assistants with a bad back. This is simply not the case for the global consciousness project however as the project was not overlooked by Dr Nelson only but was also contributed to by 75 well respected scientists from around the world. It is also the longest running and most thorough single experiment into any paranormal subject undertaken. When such a large group of respected scientists present findings from their experiments, it is wise to listen to what they have to say.

The Scientific Community
Those behind the investigations remain adamant that the science is very real with Dr Jahn going as far as to say: “If people don’t believe us after all the results we’ve produced, then they never will.”

Physicist Dick Bierman said of the Global Consciousness Project that the effects were very real and the only thing in dispute is what the results actually mean.

Is telekinesis or psychokinesis real?

It would be easy for some to dismiss the work done by Dr Jahn as worthless due to the lack of peer reviews but that does not tell the whole story. The fact is that many in the scientific field simply dismiss the subject as preposterous without even looking at the reports. [Those who do take it seriously might end up working for the CIA or another secretive project – and not publicize results.]  Others think that lending their support to something considered to be mumbo jumbo is a risk to their credibility and would rather avoid it so as not to harm their own career prospects.

If research into Psychokinesis continues and the experiments continue to show similar results then there will come a point when the scientific community on the whole will have to begin taking it seriously.”

I know such abilities exist, because on rare occasion I have experienced them – and so have many others I know.  (This led me to take PROPHECY seriously and to write books about end times prophecies.)  I believe we have a spiritual connection to our greater self, beyond the restraints of the material brain and body – and should anyone more fully strengthen that subconscious connection, I think it would be like the abilities Jesus described for those with a strong connection to the spiritual plane:

John 14:12 “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do…”
