Based on the evidence available, I expected the identity of the Antichrist to be CLEARLY shown to the whole world on June 6, 2016. This was one of the main points I made in Antichrist 2016-2019. As I already posted previously, I have never been happier to be WRONG. Despite many signs that we are in the season of end times events, nothing obvious or earth-shattering happened on June 6 as my theory suggested.
I expected to be compared to Harold Camping and other date setters, with a lot of mockery and “I told you so” comments if my theory didn’t pan out for June 6. And there were a few. But I received dozens of positive comments like:
“David, it seems to me that there are way too many coincidences in play here for your work on this subject to not have a degree of accuracy, especially astronomically speaking. You presented a very convincing case. I would be interested in your analysis after the fact as whether you view any of your conclusions as erroneous, and why. It would seem that things dovetailed together so well that your work should not be entirely discounted, even though things did not start on the date you had calculated. There’s a lot of evidence that adds up too well.”

Will the identity of the Antichrist become obvious to all in 2016? Bible prophecies describe the beginning, middle, and end of the final 7 years of the world as we know it. In End Times and 2019, I focused on the end of the 7 years – in December 2019. Antichrist 2016-2019 is focused on events in 2016.

I am an analyst, not a prophet. I could be all wrong. But it is also possible that major events are already happening behind the scenes. When Christ was born, King Herod and most of Israel didn’t even know, until the three wise men (Persian astronomers who had been paying attention to interpreting signs) told them about a year later.
As Nelson Walters (author of thegospelintheendtimes blog and books like “Are We Ready for Jesus?”) writes: “The bible is pretty clear that the majority of Christians miss the beginning of the 70th Week because they are asleep (Matthew 25:5)”
There are many signs pointing to major events in 2016 and there are still other dates to watch for soon. I still believe the evidence suggests that all end times prophecy will be fulfilled in the next few years.
