Someone in another country who I never met, sent me the message and link and password saying: “Here’s your twitter account.” They used my photo, my name, gave me a byline, linked to my Antichrist 2016-2019 book, gave me followers, had me following a bunch of other twitter accounts (9 out of 10 were good choices) and suggested I immediately change my email and password on twitter. (Which I did.)
That is one extreme “suggestion.”

This time, the motivations seem to be good intentions, (to promote my books – which he must REALLY like) and not to attempt identity theft or fraud. But it also makes me realize how easy it could be for someone to start trouble online. I think we should all Google our name occasionally and see what comes up…
