“Consider these challenges to the old intellectual order:
1. We are in a Long War which could easily last 100 years or more, which will transcend all national boundaries and which ignores or rejects a century of work trying to routinize and tame warfare.
2. There are technological and doctrinal breakouts on the horizon which will challenge our very survival. ElectroMagnetic Pulse, cyber war, loyalties to religiously inspired movements transcending traditional concepts of patriotism, militarization of space, are examples of breakouts which will reach require new thinking and new organizations and doctrines.
3. The Chinese system of strategic competition in a world of “no war, no peace” ( see Sun Tzu’s the Art of War with its injunction that the greatest of all generals win bloodless victories as an initial starting point for Chinese strategies of blending war and peace into one continuum) as illustrated by the nine dash line and the long project to assume sovereignty over the entire South China Sea is an example of how different that competition will be. The ongoing cyber competition is a good example of the blurring of war and non war boundaries….
The Long War will last at least 50 to 100 years unless there is a disaster so large the West is compelled to mobilize with ruthless efficiency and destroy the capacity for Islamic Supremacists to function.”

I have liked the phrase “Islamic Literalists” because it means those who take Islam literally, and do as the Qu’ran says – which involves annihilating Christians and Jews. “Moderate” Islam in that view is just supporting extremists without openly participating in jihad directly.

We are at war. He is correct there. In fact the western world has been at war for 1400 years.
But to win a war you must know who your enemy is.
The enemy is not the Islamic Supremacists as the author suggests. Nor is it IS, or ISIS, or ISIL, or Daesch, or alQuaeda, or Boko Haram, or any of the multitude titles given to those with whom we are at war.
All of these titles have one underlying factor – Islam.
We are at war with Islam and until international leaders recognise Islam as the enemy we will not be able to win the war.”
Sadly, I think the enemies of the West will feel strong enough soon that they will let us know clearly, without any room for doubt.
Find any prophet who didn’t predict a major war between Islam and Christianity soon. Read the Book of Daniel, or Nostradamus, or even Edgar Cayce, you’ll see what they expect. And what I expect, based on all my prophecy research:
