I just stumbled on a Newsweek article titled:

Earth’s Magnetic Pole Is Moving ‘Quickly’ Toward Siberia: ‘It’s Clear Something Strange Is Happening’

Unfortunately even this article drastically understates the situation.  They say the Magnetic North Pole is moving 25 miles per year recently.  Many sites admit a higher speed – 34 mpy is common, some have said 40 mpy or more.  The article says there was a magnetic reversal about 800,000 years ago – but the truth is there are many documented reversals approximately 12,000+ years apart.  And these pole shifts are not just curiosities – and not just magnetic.  (This video comments briefly on the less than truthful nature of such articles at the 17:20 mark)

The Russians show the movement of the North Magnetic Pole faster and farther along than American sources acknowledge:

FATE Magazine published an article of mine last December titled: Pole Shift: Merely Magnetic or Crustal and Catastrophic?  I wish they would update their links to online articles and make it available – but you can gather from the title I don’t assume they are just a magnetic inconvenience.  Like Charles Hapgood, Hugh A. Brown, Chan Thomas, and many other pole shift pioneers – I see too much evidence of civilization ending catastrophes which have been extinction level events for many species with limited ranges.  When the previous North Pole was in Hudson Bay, North America experienced the Pleistocene Extinction.  What will happen if the geographical (rotational) North Pole moves to the area of Lake Baikal in Siberia?  South Asia from India to Indonesia – now tropical – will get much colder.  Elephants and many other species will not be able to migrate south as their land moves north.

Somewhere else, perhaps in East Africa, the Earth will have a pivot point where latitude barely changes.  Life there might be far less affected; man and beast will have better odds of survival there.
