I’m all for studying end times Bible prophecy, and like good Bereans studying the Bible, using our brains to determine what makes sense and what doesn’t.  In my opinion many prophecies have come to pass on schedule; including ones ending in 1948 and 1967 dealing with Israel and Jerusalem.  Other clues in the Bible suggest horrible things about our near future, including that:

America, and specifically the City of New York, match the empire and city of the Bible’s end times Mystery Babylon, which is destroyed by fire in a single day.

New York is not the only city destroyed by nuclear weapons according to Nostradamus and his prophecies; there is a limited nuclear exchange between the forces of Islamic nations and those of the Christian West during WWIII, which ends no later than 2028 (as he described a 27 year period of increasing problems that seems to have begun 9/11/2001.)

If the rebirth of Israel as a nation in 1948 is supposed to be likened to the fig tree spreading out, then the generation alive then is supposed to be able to witness all end times Bible prophecy unfold.  If a generation lasts at most 70-80 years, then as the biblical argument is detailed at Christian Truth Center, we may only have until 2028 for all such prophecies to end.

The Antichrist, who hails from Mystery Babylon, rules a powerful empire during the final years of the present world as we know it.

There will be a new heaven and a new earth after the present world, and the Bible is very clear that the transformation is effected through a pole shift.

Isaiah 13:13 “I will make the heavens tremble, and the earth will be shaken from its place.”
Isaiah 24:1 “Behold, the Lord lays the earth waste, devastates it, distorts its surface and scatters its inhabitants.”
Job 9:5-6 “It is God who removes the mountains, they know not how, When He overturns them in His anger; Who shakes the earth out of its place, And its pillars tremble.”
Psalms 46:2 “though the earth should change and though the mountains slip into the heart of the sea.”

Haggai 2:6 “For thus says the LORD of hosts, ‘Once more in a little while, I am going to shake the heavens and the earth, the sea also and the dry land.”

Revelation 21:1 “Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth; for the first heaven and the first earth passed away…”
Revelation 6:14 “The sky was split apart like a scroll when it is rolled up, and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.
etc.

I have written many books on these subjects and some of them are linked above…

But there is more speculative ground on the topic of Donald Trump.  Is he the “Last Trump” of Bible prophecy?  Is he the Antichrist?  He is an outsider who suddenly rose to the presidency of the United States with no previous political office.  He comes from Mystery Babylon.  And Michael Moore suggests he is:

Liberal loon and filmmaker Michael Moore believes that Donald Trump might be America’s last elected president. Moore is worried because he thinks Trump “dislikes democracy” and has “no respect for the rule of law.”

In an interview MSNBC’s Chris Haynes, Moore elaborated on his odd belief on Wednesday night. “I think that we have someone in the White House who has no respect for the rule of law, who dislikes democracy by an incredible degree,” Moore said. Moore went on to say that Trump is just all other billionaire CEOs who “rule by fiat.”

He claims that those billionaires (who are protected by the government because they buy said protection) are accustomed to near-unilateral autonomy when it comes to running their companies. “They rule by fiat. They decide. They make the calls, and they don’t like anybody else having a say,” Moore asserted.  Which is exactly why they own the companies.  They can do whatever they want and rule by fiat if they own the company. And if Moore thinks those who opposed, for example, Obamacare had a say and that wasn’t “rule by fiat”, he’s higher than the international space station.

The truth that no liberal or conservative really wants to hear, is that the government doesn’t care about the public and they haven’t for a very long time. They are concerned with making money and increasing their own power over others and the only way they get that is through continued public compliance with their “ink on paper” laws and voting.

Moore’s suggestion that Trump could be the last US president is an idea Trump has already floated, but not in a way you may think.  Trump suggested abolishing presidential term limits after praising Communist China’s president for his power grab. According to Business Insider, during a speech to Republican donors at a private event in March, Trump lavished praise on the Chinese President Xi Jinping, who has moved to consolidate his own power in the country. Commenting on China’s move to abolish presidential term limits, Trump said: “Maybe we’ll give that a shot someday.”

Personally, I think Trump will prove to be a good president, and I hope he eventually drains the swamp of corrupt politicians.  I thought Obama was more likely to have risen up as the Antichrist.  Can I rule out that Trump becomes dictator after total economic collapse or the outbreak of WWIII?  No I can’t…  I also hear the theory that if Washington is destroyed, we would be less likely to see a low-ranking minor official take charge by continuity of government rules, and more likely see Obama step back into place.

Islam’s Madhi (their end times savior) seems to match the description of Christianity’s Antichrist better than anyone – but Islamic prophecy describes Obama as a precursor to the Mahdi – “a tall black man” who is “in charge of the strongest nation in the West” who lets Shi’ites (the dominant Islamic sect in Iran) know that “he is with us.” Not only was Obama very pro-Iran, but in their language (Farsi, in which the prophecy was written) the phrase for “he is with us” is “O ba ma.”  If accurate, Obama just comes shortly before the Madhi rises up.  Maybe Turkey’s dictator Erdogan?  Or possibly in Moore’s opinion: maybe Trump?

Nostradamus seems to give us a final 27 years to wrap everything up, including a third world war between the great religions followed by a catastrophic pole shiftwith those final 27 years probably being 2001-2028.  I think end times Bible prophecy clues us in to a slightly earlier time frame with seven final years of tribulation, and if the clues pointing to December 2019 mean anything, then we don’t make it to 2028.  Other Bible prophecy simply suggests everything must wrap up no later (possibly earlier) than 2028.  Other sources from around the world point to dates in the very near future, from the Maya in Mexico to the Great Pyramid in Egypt to Australian Aborigines.  It could all mean nothing, and in 2030 I might be laughing over these ideas enjoying the fruits of modern progress.  Or perhaps we should stay awake and pay attention to events.
