Years ago, I heard about “hobbits” being discovered in 2004.

Scientists claimed that hundreds of bones and tools from a new subspecies of humans (Homo Floresiensis) had been discovered on the island of Flores in Indonesia that were about 12,000 years old (around the time of the last major pole shift and the Pleistocene Extinction.)  This means that this population of hairy little jungle people was living at least up until about 10,000 B.C.

Yesterday, my friend told me about an unsolved murder that took place in the jungles of Indonesia in 1977.  As he explained it: Tim Darrow was a scientist who went into the jungle to study birds with a co-worker and an Indonesian guide.  The other two did not come back.  Darrow said they had been attacked by hairy little jungle men that swung through the treetops and killed and cannibalized his companions.  Authorities found the body of the Indonesian guide, which had been butchered and cannibalized with a stone knife.  No one believed Darrow’s story.  He was believed to have gone insane.  Indonesian courts found him guilty of murder and sentenced him to life in prison, where he finally died in 2013.

His death brought a little new attention to the case, which had been a huge anti-American publicity nightmare.  One researcher found that belongings had been sent to Darrow’s family, including a camera.  No one had ever bothered to develop the crazy murderer’s footage.  Investigators recently did.  And what they found is low quality grainy and unstable footage not unlike the famous Patterson footage (allegedly of Bigfoot in 1968) but the Indonesian courts admit that if this had been viewed in the 1970s, Darrow probably would not have spent his life in prison.

That is how my friend explained this story after watching a show about it, and recommending that I look it up.  So without further ado:

After hearing my friend’s description of watching this on Animal Planet recently, I looked up this video – and it seemed compelling.

But – a little more research shows nothing on a Tim Darrow before 2015.  So it appears to be fiction.  That would explain why I haven’t heard more about it – why it wasn’t big news worldwide already.  Not a bad production though, it got my attention and seemed convincing – so I decided to finish this blog post on it anyway.

Because this isn’t the only well crafted deception we need to be wary about.  I admit it didn’t hurt anything for Animal Planet to portray their fictitious story about hobbits with documentary style realism.  But what about many other things we are seeing on TV recently that we should not accept at face value?  Many of the shootings in the news recently are filmed for us to watch, but the stories fall apart under scrutiny.  There is an obvious agenda aimed at “taking everyone’s guns away” that is far more real than the news.  If economic collapse and the divine punishment of a now godless America soon arrive as Jonathan Cahn and many other famous authors expect, it will be one of the first steps towards the dictatorship I describe in Antichrist 2016-2019.  Don’t accept what you are told at face value – question the “news” and what you see on TV more than ever, always with the question: “Who benefits from this?” in mind.
